Magazine Ordering Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding high capacity magazines.

APOCALYPSE OUTFITTERS:

• Follows and abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines.
• WILL NOT ship high capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed below.
• WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines.
• WILL NOT offer any refunds in place of the magazine.
• WILL cancel any order for magazines that are illegal in your state.
  YOU WILL be charged a 5% restocking fee if your order is canceled.

States with applied magazine restrictions:

• California: Apocalypse Outfitters will not sell or ship any products/items to this state.
• Colorado: no magazines greater than 15 rounds (Boulder, no greater than 10 rounds)
• Connecticut: Must have a valid permit / no magazines greater than 10 rounds.
• Hawaii: no pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds
• Illinois:
  – North Chicago: No rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds
  – Highland Park, Dolton, Homewood, and Cook County: No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
  – Deerfield: No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds, no shotgun magazines over 5 rounds
  – Aurora, Skokie, Chicago, Evanston: No rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds
• Maryland: no magazines greater than 10 rounds
• Massachusetts: Apocalypse Outfitters will not sell or ship any products/items to this state.
• New York: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
• New Jersey: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
• Vermont: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
• Washington D.C.: Apocalypse Outfitters will not sell or ship any products/items to the District Of Columbia
