Purchasing a Firearm Online

Buying a Firearm Online is Easy!

• Add your selected firearm(s) to your shopping cart and check out.
• Select a local Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer that will accept the firearm and complete the transfer. Find a FFL Dealer HERE.
• Your FFL Dealer will be required to fax or email us a signed copy of the Federal Firearms License referencing your Apocalypse Outfitters order number. The license can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (727) 674-1616
• Pick up your firearm from the FFL Dealer, who will need to do a background check. Transfer fees may apply.

Buying Firearms on the Internet

Federal law requires firearms to be shipped to FFL Dealers. For an individual to receive a firearm from Apocalypse Outfitters it must be shipped to an FFL Dealer in your state.

Locating a Federal-Firearm License Dealer (FFL) in Your Area

There are thousands of FFL Dealers in the United States. You may choose an FFL Dealer most convenient to you and your area. To find a list of FFL Dealers in your area area CLICK HERE. The FFL Dealer will be required to submit a copy of the Federal Firearms License referencing your Apocalypse Outfitters order number. A copy of the license can be sent to [email protected] or faxed to (727) 674-1616.  YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THIS INFO IS VERIFIED. The FFL Dealer will usually charge a fee to conduct the transfer. There are duties that the FFL Dealer is required to do during the process which include a background check. Remember, the FFL Dealer is doing you a favor and the process takes time to complete. Fees can vary so check with the FFL Dealer ahead of time to request a quote on the fees associated with your firearm transfer. The FFL Dealer is in business to make a profit and your internet purchase may be viewed as competition to their retail business. If you feel the fees are too high, you can search for another FFL Dealer.

Completing the Transaction

Once you place the firearm in your cart and checkout you will receive a confirmation email that has your order number and further instructions.  Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time we receive and verify the FFL Dealers information. Once shipped, your firearm will arrive at the FFL Dealer within 3-7 days business days. The FFL Dealer will begin processing the shipment. It may be an additional day or so before the FFL Dealer is ready to conduct the transfer of the firearm to you. Call the FFL Dealer and set an appointment to confirm that the firearm is ready to be transferred.

Nether Apocalypse Outfitters nor its parent company SAS Outfitters LLC offer any type of warranty.  YOU are responsible for inspecting the firearm before the FFL makes the transfer.  Once the transfer has been completed, you must reach out to the manufacturer.  WE WILL NOT accept any returns from firearms that have been already transferred to you.  

All new firearms come with a manufacturer warranty.  All defects and malfunctions should be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.  Additionally Some of our firearms are covered by our distributors “Lifetime Replacement Guarantee”.  If your firearm is covered under this Guarantee, it will be indicated on your receipt and the appropriate instructions and paperwork will be furnished with your firearm when it ships.

Firearms are dangerous. By purchasing through this system you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose. YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.

YOU are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using an item from Apocalypse Outfitters or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.

YOU must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY item from Apocalypse Outfitters.  You must be 21 years of age to purchase a firearm in the State of Florida and from Apocalypse Outfitters.   Apocalypse Outfitters may request a copy of your state identification before shipping your order.

Cancellation & Order Change Fees

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order or substitute products. Adding items to an existing order will not incur any additional fee. By placing an order or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 10% restocking fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but change was made in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the items description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will return the money. If an items description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Apocalypse Outfitters will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Apocalypse Outfitters or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
